Creativity means never stop exploring in roll forming and create new technology. Most of time, we are just design and manufacture the roll former in a traditional way. But time flies, we should consider if our design is still adapted to The Times. Especially in front of the challenge, we should calm down and analyze this point.
For my understanding, the design of the roll forming machine should more humanized, because the operator of the machine is human being. Normal standard such as CE, NR12 is not enough, each detailed design must be humanized.
My opinion is we shall make the machine as much as possible to be humanized. Meanwhile, the machine price should be in a reasonable range. Creativity costs more but doesn’t cost much more. For example, when we have to change the punch die when we need to adjust the punch hole specification, please consider a smooth slide for removing the punch tools, and a platform for carrying the punch tools. This will make the operator feel more convenient and happier.
Revolution
COVID-19 brings crisis to all the roll forming machine manufacturers, but only the stronger one can survive. So especially when the challenge comes, we need to calm down and find a solution. Facing the future is the attitude how we deal with revolution. Until now, China roll forming machines have gotten rid of low quality step by step. More and more factories are striving to develop the technical content in their machines, the revolution of roll forming machines are rising. But it’s not enough, we must improve the quality as much as possible. In many customers’ mind, Chinese machinery always be marked as “cheap and low quality”, but it so unfair to some manufacture with good quality.
Looking up to the future, quality control is the key of the revolution. China roll forming machine should pay more attention to it. We have the ability to make good machine with long time working experience, throwing away the poor quality design. Transformation and upgrading are urgently necessary for any manufacture. Do forget China is still the global factory and we still have advantages on labor, material, transportation… Why not make the machine with less cost than foreign manufacturer but with high quality?
On the other hand, technology improving is a big part of the revolution. Each manufacturer should put a big percentage of profit for technology research and development. This world is an ever changing world, if we cannot go with the times. Finally we will be eliminated if we cannot come with technology revolution.
