Description

Work flow
Uncoiling→ Leveling→ Loop → Servo feeding→ Punching→ (Pre-cutting) → Roll forming→(Post cutting) → Run out table
Stable Servo Feeder
1. The step of sheet feeding is changeable to meet the punching requirements.
2. It consists of one pair of pinch rollers which is controlled by servo motor.
3. Feeding roller material: GCr15, hardness HRC55-60.
4. It has high feeding precision and work smoothly.
High Efficiency Punching device
1. It adopts hydraulic punching with good rigidity.
2. With manually install the punch mould, very easy for operation.
3. Punching die material: Cr12MoV (HRC 58-62)
High Precision Roll Forming Unit
1. The roll former consists of frame base and forming frame.
2. The frame base adopts welding structure with good rigidity.
3. The roller adopts GCr15 with quenching treatment.
