In the running of Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Machine,
it asks for a face to face stacking for the roof sandwich panel. See the
picture. It means a half of the roof sandwich panels should be turned over, for
example the No. 1, No. 3, No. 5… (usually the panels with odd order) shall be
turned over by 180 degree before stacking, it for better and stable packing.

You can see the panels are turned over in the video. It’s a traditional way to make the “turn over”. However, the panel gets hit by the arms during the turnover process and it causes the damage on the panel surface, for example scratching the painting.
Thus, our engineer has a better idea to avoid this slight problem to make the ‘turnover’ of sandwich panels perfectly. See below pictures. We use suckers to carry and turn it over quickly. The suckers are driven by pneumatic cylinders.
