ZXCO Machine
Description
ZXCO Machine is a professional machine for continuously producing the scaffolding plank. It can uncoil, level, servo feed, punch and continuously roll forming with automatic cutting to length. It largely improve the production capacity for scaffolding board.
The machine can be customized based on the customer’s specific technical requirements.
Working process
Decoiler → leveling and Servo feeding →Punching →Roll forming →Post-cutting →Output the finished products
ZXCO Machine can produce the profile with following different size, with servo feeding device and punching bed. Special sizes of the profile can be designed in our company.
High Stable Servo Feeder and Efficiency Punching device
1) Stable running with pinch rollers and leveling roller, driven by servo motor.
2) It adopts open type 250 tons mechanical punching bed with good rigidity.
3) With manual button and foot switch, very easy for operation.
High Precision Roll Forming Unit
1) Stable Machine Working with Gear Box Transmission
2) The roll former consists of frame base and forming frame.
3) The frame base adopts welding structure with good rigidity.
4) The roller adopts Cr12 with quenching treatment.

Packaging Details
1. Three *40GP containers for loading one set of the product line.
2. The whole Wiped Anti Rust Oil, PLC controller covered by foam film;
3.Spare parts and some small parts packed in wooden box;
4.All Components Fixed by steel wire with Container. Suitable for long time sea shipping.
