Work flow

1. The step of sheet feeding is changeable to meet the punching requirements.
2. It consists of one pair of punch rollers which is controlled by servo motor.
3. Feeding roller material: GCr15, hardness HRC55-60. Punching die material: DC53 (HRC 60-62)
4. It has high feeding precision and work smoothly.

2. The roll former consists of frame base and forming frame.
3. The frame base adopts welding structure with good rigidity.
4. The roller adopts Cr12 with quenching treatment.
