Description
Metal Stud and Track Roll Forming Machine is the machine especially for producing the stud and track profiles, which is used for the interior decoration materials of house. It can continuously uncoiling, feeding, embossing, punching, roll forming, and cutting to length. The whole line adopts PLC controlling system. It can run full automatically.
The machine can be customized as different customer is asking for different profile dimensions.

Work flow
Decoiling → Embossing → Roll forming → Cutting → Running out
Accurate Roll Forming Process
1) Machine frame: welding structure with blasting treatment
2) The roller is made by high quality GCr15 steel with quenching treatment.
3) Roller inner supporting structure type: guiding column
High Quality Flying Cutting System
1) The cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment, there is no material wasted.
2) It adopts flying cutting, no stop during the producing.
