Brief introduction

EPS Sandwich Panel Production Line is an integrated production line consisting of roll forming machine system and sandwich panel laminating system. The roll forming machine system consists of decoilers, guiding, film covering, precutting, upper&lower roll forming machines, and conveyors. The upper roll forming machine is on the platform for forming the upper steel proflile and the lower roll forming machine is on the floor for forming the lower steel profile. The laminating system consists of guiding, laminating, film covering, glue applying, groove making, dusting and post-cutting.

The whole line is under control of PLC. The line can produce many types of panels: flat wall sandwich panel, push-in sandwich panel, corrugated sandwich panel or many other profiles requested by customers.

Special sizes of sandwich panel can be designed in our company. The machine can be customized based on the customer’s specific technical requirements.

Roll Forming System

Roller Material adopts High grade No.45 steel with quenched treatment, with digital-controlled procession, painted with hard chrome. Shaft Material adopts high grade No.45 carbon steel which can improve the integrated mechanic feature of the shaft. The roller shafts adopt standing column type. When running the lower rollers are driven by the cycloid pin reducing motor through chains, some of the upper or lower rollers are transmitted by gear. Different thickness can be achieved when manually adjusting the gap rollers through the screw lever.

Laminating Machine

The laminating system consists of guiding, laminating, glue applying, groove making, dusting and cutting and electric controller, etc.
